After the hell I have been through as a home owner, I hate that I ever made this move. The cost of upkeep has been unreal. I've had to pay to have 12 dying or leaning trees removed, a new roof (the original was crap), and now I have to remove part of my fence because whoever installed it 25 years ago put it 2 inches on my neighbors property. 2 inches. I wouldn't wish this stress on anybody!
