Of course the end of my therapy was too cold turkey. My therapist dumped me one day with no warning after calling me in under false pretenses. The woman abandoned me and left me with NO support. Of course I'm going through withdrawal.

And as I said in my article, I don’t think there is anything wrong with having a therapist long term. I have no health insurance and no options and I am DONE with therapy.
