Frankly, this doesn't clear things up much for me. It all still seems very subjective to the tastes of the editors doing the nominating. I have seen many people say that their boosted articles weren't even their best work.

Also, can you please clarify the difference between general distribution and network only? The last thing I read said that ALL stories were distributed. I didn't even know network only was a category.
