I do not know how much will to fight I have at this point. I agree the rating should be lower, but my mother is still there. She is too frail to be moved again. The trauma could kill her. If I piss off these people too much, I'm afraid she will suffer. I figured at least this way I get concrete details on record so this director can't push the blame back on me and make it look like I'm unreasonable.

I have tried the local ombudsman, and that was useless. I contacted the facility's corporate office, but I don't think that will give any resolution either. Perhaps I should go to the local news.

I contacted hospice and asked them to ally with me. We will see how that works. My mother will be gone in months. I don't want to spend her remaining days fighting with these people. But there WILL be a reckoning. If not now, later. And I will use my writing to make as many people as possible aware of the problems. This cannot continue.
