I am so sorry that your mental health is worse now. It is such a hard road to walk.

I also grew up with 2 parents with severe mental health issues. I had no siblings, so they directed all their dysfunction towards me.

My mother is currently in hospice care for advanced dementia, and it has made my mental state much worse. I'm in limbo until she passes.

I guess all we can do is stay strong and keep fighting.
