I mean, I’ve talked about it with her, and I’ve talked about it with my best friend, who also lost his mother. I write about it a lot here and in a journal. As an empath, it would be torture to sit in a room with a dozen other grieving people for 12 weeks. I would feel everybody’s stuff, and it would actually make me worse.
