In theory, I agree with you. I actually write a lot about mental health here on Medium. But, I lost my last job because of a mental health struggle. I made the mistake of sharing with my co-workers and they went straight to HR, who preferred to transfer me out. It's better to keep your mouth shut. I learned the hard way.
