I don’t know anyone who isn’t struggling right now. This post pandemic world is new and frightening territory. There is more uncertainty than ever in our lives. We all want to feel better, but happiness seems in short supply.

What if you could start feeling better today? Would it be worth doing some simple things each day to help improve your mood?

Let’s look at some things you can do to feel better and increase your happiness right now.

Write it down—every morning

Write at least one of the following every morning. These things will help you focus on the positive all day. They really help!

  • An affirmation.
  • Something you like about yourself.
  • What you are doing well.
  • Something you are grateful for.

Don’t overthink these. They can be simple, but you need to write at least one of each every day. This gets you into a more positive mindset and makes you feel better.

When negativity surrounds you all day, it’s hard to feel happy and optimistic.
