Well, I had my own website with a blog and art portfolio. It made sense for me to promote my art, but I cancelled it to save money. It is a lot of work to set up, but I'm a graphic designer, so I loved it.

You can have a free blog on Wordpress.com (not .org) or Blogger. There may be other sites too.

I love the community here, but only a handful of people read my work unless I write about Medium, and I'm bored with that.
